Returns Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the item you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, but please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import of perfumes. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local customs regulations.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of purchase.

All shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

Once an order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.
